Pros

We love that it is so customizable. Set up on our sectional, it's perfect for my needs. My setup is just the more reclining format featured in the pictures.

Memory foam horseshoe neck pillow works to support my neck and reduce my head rolling. We have a queen size mattress and this system takes up half the bed.

When i tendered my return, they were super helpful and it was very easy. It is worth every penny.

The foam is dense enough to give support, but gives enough so it’s not like sleeping on a metal slab. It is so comfortable, firm but still pliant. Great for back, hip and leg issues.

Coccyx pain relief of 90% in 3 hours of rest on foam backmax.

Cons

Wont fit in a bed and my 85 year old momis not sleeping on floor. It is very hard and does not give any. Cheap plastic zippers.
