I was refunded $33. It's one of those where you have to go through the company for return instructions. I have to prop up 2 other pillows to use it, which kind of defeats the purpose.
The polyester fill lacks any kind of support. There is hardly any stuffing and it even gets delivered as a flat item. The actual item has no wedge shape at all and compresses terribly.
This pillow looks like it should be firmer than it is. Unfortunatley the pillow is too soft and doen't support at all. Does not hold its fluff.

Although it may seem like this configuration could be reached without the contour pillow i have never been able to as the contour pillow by going over the top of my other pillows really allows a smooth transition and flatter not bumpy backrest with a gradual incline
