The cutouts at the ends also work great in conjunction with the cpap mask and there are no more issues of it moving or pushing into my face

If you sleep on your side the pillow doesnt push on your mask creating air leaks

I found that while using regular pillows every time i rolled to my side the mask would become dislodged and unseal
