Trying to put this into practice requires overcoming many political hurdles. Lol. I get that it is important to make those points and that there were specific takeaways. But making one positive change at a time is an easily obtainable goal.

Book is on my bookshelf. Great book with practical guidelines. While not a tool centric book, the authors also provide pointers to useful tools.



Cons

Martin fowler's book on building a deployment pipeline is very theoretical. There are too few examples of how to use technology to build a pipeline. The information quickly gets out of date and in my situation is entirely irrelevant.
