Cons
Plastic tyre levers are useless - they just bend. I broke three plastic tyre levers, scratched wheel rims and ruined three inner tubes in the process. If you want a 28mm wide tyre do not but these.

I bought these despite reports of folk being at their wits end trying to fit them and only being an amateur weekend type rider myself ive changed maybe ten tyres in the last 20 years youtube assisted but i also used carpenters spring clips the ones with plastic jaws to ensure the tyre bead was properly in the wheel recess paying particular attention to the area by the valve when fitting them and they popped over the rim with only a tiny amount of assistance from two plastic tyre levers
