Very impressing. It’s very durable. Nice quality, insulated well.
Love this cup. My husband loses or puts dents in them. Still, the mug is so great that i ordered another to replace the first hoping that i simply got a defective lid the first time around.
Cons
The mechanism to open the flap to be able to drink is entirely too difficult to open. Contigo really, really needs to redesign the lid to make it drinkable.
The contigo mug is absolutely worthless. All four lids leak coffee. The o-ring that seals the lid gets stretched out or twisted. The seals expand and the mugs then leak like crazy.

At first i was drawn to drinking from the other side for some reason i think i had seen traveling mugs with openings not used for drinking and i thought the sealing tab was like a straw
