Bought this casebook here on amazon for $236. This is a hard-cover book, which is good in terms of durability. Paper isn't too hard to mark up with pencil or with ink, and a pencil eraser works without tearing the pages or distorting the text.
Cons

My one complaint is that when a case has multiple opinions and the author chooses not to include them all he doesnt make a notation in the text that he has done so

It is the only book ive ever had to use that does this and its incredibly irritating

The author says he felt that including an acknowledgement of what he had cut didnt provide substantive information so it didnt matter

It is especially frustrating in the cases where he only lists the author of the opinion so it appears that everyone signed onto it when in reality there were three concurrences
