My fix to this problem was to use gaffing tape on my stock handle bar and then attach the aerobar

These are great with a lot of caveats for installation i decided to go with some self drilling and tapping screws for security even though i used a micrometer to verify the size of my handlebars i found that they still rocked

The clamps come with a cheap metal inner lining to go between the clamps and bars
