Pros
I live in the dc area and commutes are ridiculously long so having uncomfortable car seats means lots of trips to the chiropractor and for massages. My husband is a plumbing contractor bouncing around in a box van all day which was wearing him out.
This cushion works great for him and his truck suspension is really stiff. A bonus for me, at 5'3, is that it boosts me up a bit, too. Purchase this cushion for any loved one who is height challenged.
The cushions definitely are warmer than a standard car seat, so that might be a concern in the warmest weather. They stay cool and never get sweaty.

Cons
For anyone other than a small framed person with any kind of back conditiions the bucket seats are a bad design. They charge you a 20% restocking fee. Bought a rose coccyx cushion instead.

Quality
I am very happy with the product.
I will say the quality is excellent and i liked the fact that they didn't heat up but felt cool against the body.
I cannot comment on the quality or comfort as it did not work for me, so don't be asking me any questions about it.
Perhaps they should rename the product coolmax cocoon of comfort.
Price
I'm hesitant to give them 5 stars since i've used for such a short time and the price is high.
Shipping
It did not do, they make me pay shipping and a huge 'restocking fee'.

On the negative side:- the seat heater does not transfer through because of the thickness and grippy underside.
