Pros

Toyota's head restraint is so far forward that it pushes my head forward. This puts my body forward enough that my head no longer constantly touches the headrest. I think he has more musculature in his back so he has natural padding.

This is the one that works! It really works! Well worth the price. The cover seems to tough and durable.

Cons

The padding is too thick and it pushes me forward. If you are buying it for your back, it is like concrete on your back.
