Pros

The dog house is exactly as pictured and was easy to assemble. Only neede large and small phillips screw driver and 35 minutes. After everything is * together, it is very sturdy.

Very roomy for my 2 very big dogs. My lab mix has plenty of room. My * mix is 1 y/o and weights 70#. My 80# pitbull stays dre and warm with blankets.

It's easy to spray down because of the draining holes. I'm not worried about it breaking anytime soon. It's holding up despite some pretty bad storms. It gets the job done for me when i want my dogs to have a place to sit out of the rain.

Great fun. Got it as scheduled. Happy with my purchase.

Cons

There is no way this thing is weather proof. It is waterproof, but not ventilated well for the summer. Base is flimsy for my 125lb rottweiler. There are screws that are too short to go through two layers.
