Pros & Cons
Pros
This beautiful book talks about ways to increase our self efficacy. The only way that i could fail is by not utilizing his simple approach to becoming confident.
Easy to read and grasp the concepts. Lots of insightful and helpful content. It is informative even for a child.
Short concise and to the point. It starts with the bigger picture and zeros in from there. They tie in together in my opinion.
The author was straight to the point, not repeating himself over and over. The author reads it himself and his voice just makes you appreciate the advice all the more. This book seems to start slow, but for good reason.
Cons
It reads like a high school essay that has been stretched out with redundancy. The author tends to lean into a condescending tone, yet finally simplifies out of it a bit by the end.
