Pros

The instructions tell you to turn off the main switch when you're not using it. It works just as good as the spa machine and the price for this unit is great. I love it and am so greatful it has helped my husband.

Using this to relieve knee pain from water on the knee. Wonderful for seniors who have been deprived of exercise classes. We jiggle 2-3x a day and it makes me itchy for a moment.

Cons

The machine turns on but does not vibrate. After lifting the base out of the box there were screws falling out. The machine has a defective eyebolt which means i am unable to use the yoga straps.

They have awful customer service. In fact they are sarcastic and disrespectful to their customers. Less expensive and higher ratings.

Do not buy a double/triple/quad motor, oscillating machine. The cable that goes from the base to the control panel was stripped. The panel lights are not working properly and i contacted the seller.
