This app allowed me to gothrough the thought process of how i want to proceed with my return to the church and about going to confession

The only knock that i have on this app is that you cant pre fill out the prepare for confession section in advance due to nothing being saved

You can check what you want to confess then it lists them at the end within a document with the prayers and your sins

This app is really good at making one think about their behavior

But with that said i see no reason why any person of faith could not use the first half of the app to examine their conscience prior to prayer or retreat or even a church service

What few catholic specific questions it addresses such as fasting on holy days of obligation could simply be skipped by those individuals who do not adhere to those principles

The obvious target age for this app is from the age of reason confirmation for catholics until death
