Pros
The security slider is a good add-on if you have young children or live in a neighborhood. I love the protective shield feature and it comes with a lock and 2 keys.

Cons
The seller claims the sway bars adjust it but they do not. The handrails are wobbly. The hoop to grab to go from one side of the ladder to the other side are so weak too.
Overall, not impressed. Oh ans this is not returnable! It is the most worthless piece of plastic i have ever seen!
I just want people to beware. If you are looking for a sturdy ladder that is safe for anyone over 150 pounds keep looking or build something yourself. Not recommended for a senior with knee problems.

Id recommend getting a liner pad if youre worried about it it really only touches on a few inches at the bottom so if youre worried about pressure on the liner have at it

It is so hot here in arizona that i think the sun softened it too much and one of the steps has cracked at either side where it goes into the aframe part of the ladder
