Both hold up well to 8hr 5 day work shift for about 6 months now with no tear or separation
After 12hours of no sitting feet dont hurt at all

Ive had this most recent pair just over a year now and a seam on the side has split but the sole hasnt failed yet

The only issue i had was that the top fabric portion of the insole partially peeled off so sometimes it bunches up under my foot while walking throughout the day
