Pros

The customer service is great! I am a makeup artist and am always looking for new companies to try out. This brush is one of the best brushes i have tried. If your on the fence, give it a try!

I love how soft the brush is too. It feels soooooooo incredibly soft. Not only is it soft and have no shedding.

This brush has the softest bristles! The bristles are very soft and dense. The bristle are so soft and firm an like i say with all kabuki brushes they don't shed.

This brush is fantastic. This one fits the bill.

I use this tapered brush to apply my foundation and it goes on so smooth. The tapered shape contours to the curves of the face ensuring full coverage. It really sets the powder well, better than my powder puff, and the end result was flawless.

Cons

It broke shortly after i purchased it. I'm glad i didn't pay more for this brush, but it is disappointing that it broke.
