Pros
The sound is clear and can get pretty loud if you want to listen to music. It is also relatively compact and discreet. Fit perfect on the 12 portable shelf of my dell 21 screen.
Until technology improves, this product is your best bet. It exceedingly meets my need and expectation. This is the first time i have experienced that such an affordable product is both high quality and useful.
Cons
Warranty service is to order the next hw revision, el014, and then they refund the replacement. I did not get a return processed in time…sound isn't great either.
These just show as basic usb speakers. Plugged into my usb hub, these do nothing. Now i notice that if i used it to watch a movie on amazon, it freezes my video if i just brush against the wire.

The sound is of good loudness range and fidelity and the volume can be controlled by buttons on the speaker andor through windows
This speaker has worked out very well volume adjustment works well and the quality of the audio is excellent
Distortion of my macs internal speakers totally shut down and replaced by bose quality sound and timbre of this unit
The sounds quality is great and it can go very loud
Price
Certainly nothing exciting but a nice low budget usb option
Sound quality is good for the price but if you are looking for high quality sound you won’t find it for 20
Packaging/appearance
Nice look looks like a mini sound bar
Competitiveness
Dell seems to have become more and more linux hostile
You will not have a lot of bass but the midrange is excellent particularly for teams or zoom meetings

Firstly let me point out that there is nothing wrong with the speaker it works fine on my pc however i purchased it on the off chance it would work as an alarm on a raspberry pie device using linux

Been using this to listen to music while i work and while there is no separate volume control outside of my phone the volume does fairly decently
