I didnt see a single problem in the books prose but there are a few minor problems in the pseudocode and some errors in the javascript code

For example the book implies that its appendix explains how to create a rotation matrix but the appendix doesnt mention this at all

The first 5 chapters walk you through ray tracing a scene with some spheres and the last 10 get you making a rasterizer w the last chapter in each part consisting of more advanced ideas you might want to look into on your own
