First when i got this chair they were defected like broken parts and ripped parts

Now i wouldnt make a thing out of this things like this can and has happened with all the gaming chair companies trust me it is not unique to this brand believe that

Well not in this case i messaged them at around 11pm and received a response 20 mins later

After they got back with me at such a late hour for business hours wasnt a problem i am up late every night they resolved the issue within 15 mins and i am a happy customer they did what was right and fixed the problem
