We have both been in the middle of workouts when the rope slides out of the handle which is frustrating

I didnt have one handy at my box and had to hand tighten which didnt prove to be too effective as it came flying off pretty quickly

My only issue with this product is it did not come with any instructions on how they suggest you should hook the straps to the door in order to do some of the exercises
