I have been using a 1988 waterpik 3
I have never had a shower head exceed my expectations
That is the reason i did not give this shower head a fivestar rating

Based on my experience i think whatever problems others have reported about leaking or failed connections or hoses are most likely due to poor installation not to any defect in this product

After using this shower head for 9 months one of the two fullface options sprang a leak a leak which affects that option only

The hexagonal hose attachment did not fit well in the included holderregardless of which side of the hose i tried
