They started me on high doses of vitamin d but there were no changes on the bone scans they kept getting worse

This is sold in japan under the brand name glakay and if you do a search a pdf file will come up that shows some of the research

They will also try to convince you that the mk2 or mk7 or some other variety does the same thing

Maybe it does maybe it doesnt but i was unable to find a single research article showing anything other than the mk4 was effective

In fact some of the well known us research universities do their research but what they publish assumes that all varieties are the same and dont even mention which variety they have researched

Ive seen some research saying vitamin k didnt work but the so called researcher didnt say exactly which variety was tested
