Pros
The band slides under the buckle strap and tucks neatly into place.
Thicker, smoother, more supple. It is waterproof and feels soft.
Extra watch pins make it easy to change out the color for whatever you are doing. Large number of holes make it easily adjustable. I love how they fasten as well.
Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Amazing battery life. New charger is terrific and very fast.
Cons
Metal connector is not long enough to connect to the other side of watch. It’s not worth the hassle.

I thought it would be an issue because of sensitivity issues but its more comfortable that the original band that came on the watch

It was just hard to get the pin into the ends of the bands

I was looking at this and was wondering why there was no pin hole and pin to hold it in to place then figured it out the strap fits through the big hole so it slides in behind instead of in front
