Pros
A steaming session look lasts well over 20 minutes without the water running out. It's produces a good amount of steam.
Loved this, exactly as described. This steamer is awesome! Will recommend to my friends and family.
Cons
Used it once for 20 minutes. Not worth the money or agro with returns. This product is disgraceful and i'm surprised it is even being sold. It appears very few have been able to receive a refund or replacement.

Came in sturdy packaging easy to assemble disassemble and clean
It would be helpful if you could provide an extra plug in the packaging as they are easy to lose

Product does not have a heat gauge and is difficult to sit under so not the best steamer

Works for me but i have now lost the little silicone plug to stop the water coming through the hood when steaming

You cant raise or lower the hood so you need a chair that fits comfortably under it
