This is the type of information that would be nice to see in the instructions. First reserve any 60 second time slot in your day and do the following. This is what the manufacturer tells you to do.
It performs exactly as advertised - no better, no worse. This is magnificent.
Static or spotty reception isn't a problem. Just have to put it in the right place to avoid static. Go to the app menu system and enter the device activation code.
Wave radio has its own fm capability. Plus you need an output cable that hooks into the wave 3.

It does not have a headphone output to use with computer speakers but it does not matter to me

Without any equalization it sounds like a good radio that was meant for talk radio

As far as the remote for this unit the eq button does not work as an equalizer in fm mode

This button has to be on for the player and the remote to work

The remote will not work the remote will not turn onoff the player if the button on the back is off

Nice little unit unfortunately it falls short with no instructions and it just repeats itself over and over and doesnt automatically stop
