Good quality product metal and seems solid and sturdy
Some have said how light it feels in comparison to the metabones but i find that the build quality is actually quite chunky
The adapter works only in afs mode which is not a problem for me

8 macro lens works perfectly on an old canon film slr camera when mounted on the a7ii i have control of the aperture

I have a sony a6000 so i have been used to the worlds fastest focusing
Using it on my sony a7s ii it works great especially if youre a videographercinematographer
You might want to buy a metabones or the new sigma adapter
Had previously tried fotodiox adapter but it had no af or full aperture control

Its a great feature to have focus peaking for macro and it helps me get the focus just right even on tiny little insects

The tripod mount on the adapter feels kind of wonky but i never had use for it so i just took it off and never thought about it again

Its kind of a sham to say that the autofocus works because most of the time i find it just hunts and hunts before locking onto something thats not usually what i wanted it to lock onto
