Pros

Big enough to filet several kokanee without running out of space. Thick and sturdy. Works pretty good with a big mouse pad on it.

I use a silicone baking sheet liner underneath it to keep it from slipping. Works well as a cutting board that goes in the dishwasher to clean.

Recommend this whole heartedly. It’s built sturdily, has great heft, and looks amazing.

Cons

Way to slick. No way it is worth that price. What is the justification other than greed. I got ripped-off.

Board is nice thickness, 1/2, but was severely cupped on arrival. Board is so marred up with slits that it is not a sanitary situation. Cutting on a board that’s not flat is extremely aggravating.

These cutting boards were molded too hot and aren't even square. We should have taken heed of the plastic part. After one use and wash, it is now warped and no longer lays flat.
