    I contacted customer support who got back to me the same day apologised for the issue said they had a new design button sent a picture of the new sprayer head and told me if i am ok with the new look they will send it to me free of charge because they cover their product with a 10 year warrenty

    Would have cost nearly 200 dollars at home depot for same quality faucet

    I was also able to retire the built in sprayer on the side of the sink due to the spray feature on this faucet so i had my contractor remove that sprayer and replace it with an under sink soap dispenser

    Also the base wasnt large enough to cover the holes on my sink so it requires plumbers putty to fill in
