This pillow acts somewhat a bag of rice when you shape into the desired shape. Comes with extra product to refill your pillow as the husks breakdown. Can be personalized by adding or removing the buckwheat filling.

This pillow is somewhat cooler than foam or down which are basically insulators at heart. It's also the first pillow i've owned that actually cools my head.

The casing of this pillow is really great quality. Hemp cover is beautiful, extra buckweat grains in an extra bag is convenient. Hidden zipper is a nice feature.

If you lay on your side, all those little husks inside constantly move against each other, creating a constant crackling sound in your ear. Update:after a few months, it obviously works for some people but not this guy. Would not recommend to anyone.
