The pillow is a nice size and is encased in a heavier quality canvas material, which keeps from the buckwheat poking through the weave. This pillow is of good quality in both materials and workmanship.

Im a back and side sleeper with very broad shoulders so its almost impossible to find something that can give me the happy medium but this has done it
