Pros
This thing works fantastically for sleeping on the side, but also on the back. Support without the feeling of being smothered. This pillow essentially molds around your neck and head and is great.
The buckwheat lets air circulate -- unlike foam pillows. The only downside is it's not got any ridiculous fire retardant chemicals sprayed on it.
You can make it thicker or thiner by adding or removing more buckwheat. It comes with extra hulls to make the pillow height a little more for those who like a fuller pillow.
May not work for everyone, but i was cured in one night. It is like sleeping on a beanbag but it really helps to take away my neck pain.
If you like a soft, marshmallow-y pillow your head sinks right into.
Cons
The pillow is small and they give you extra buckwheat that seems like alot, but it really isn't. It's just too hard for my sensitive cranium.
