Pros

It's easy to reshape them, and when you do, they look brand new. These inserts maintain the look effortlessly. These pillows seem firm but that may be due to my purposely purchasing the size slightly larger than the pillow shams i made.

These are great and a good value compared to other pillow inserts i researched. I want them to be pliable, so i want to give them a little wiggle room inside the covers. Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of these inserts.

Cons

The only free return options are to drop the items off at a kohls or amazon hub in new jersey. These are very small if you want to use them as an insert for most pillowcases.
