Pros
The buckwheat in this one is much nicer as is the pillow case. It is totally different from any foam or feather pillows so do give it some time and call the company for help. This pillow is the answer.
Do not be deterred by the traditional size. It holds your head right where you want it and it's firm without ever causing painful pressure. It feels a little cooler too.
This pillow accommodates both, and i've noticed my neck and shoulders (and entire body) in a relaxed state upon waking. I am thrilled!

Cons
This pillow causes my head to itch, which did not happen with prior buckwheat pillows. Zipper and corner seams are bulky and uncomfortable.
Outrageously overpriced for the poor quality. It is noisy.

The quality of this pillow is excellent and the longevity is also a plus
It seemed a bit expensive but the quality more than makes up for the price
Do not wash the case with the hulls in it
It has a slight scent to it such is expected of a great quality material and organic type of product

The total price is absolutely nothing when you factor in the thousands of hours of good quality sleep you will enjoy

I loved it when i took it out of the package and laid down just to try it out

It replaced a 7 yro buckwheat pillow that was given to me as a gift
I have used sobakawa pillows for 24 years now
I put the pillow into a gusseted pillow protector and then my pillowcase
It lasted many years and when i went to replace it i used the word sobakawa in the search engine
