Pros

Ashley hi am a homebound paraplegic. A great quality cup and lid. Just remember to buy straws as well because they are not included.

The great size, sturdy - restaurant quality or beyond. It is strong-not flimsy or cheap at all. The durable and sturdy.

Cons

They are not crystal clear, they have a yellow'ish foggy tint to them. Many of the cup parts are cracked and completely broken. These cups are totally flimsy. Would not recommend for children or elderly due to slickness on outside of cup.

This is ridiculous. The package was opened and not sealed shut.

The product came damaged because of the way the package was shipped by amazon

They immediately apologized and sent me brand new cups which came in about a day later

I hope the company has a way to be reached so that additional lids can be sent to make up for the shortfall

Came exactly like it should and the cups work like they should

They are nicely made no defects good packaging and super convenient for deserts too

I picked a nice size and none came smushed

I still have a stack of cups from the first order but i cant use them because not enough lids were included in the package
