They didn’t need to do that but they did and it’s just been another reason i am very pleased with them

Received a phone call the next morning from megan to let me know they were sending a new door out that morning then a call from todd to let me know they giving me extension of 1year on warranty since i had a problem

I had the stove on level 1 and was adding pellets and i must of took too long loading it because the auger stops if the hopper door is open and the stove went out
