I am able to sleep comfortably and while my mouth stays a bit open, the plastic makes a barrier where the air didn't come into. It also collects saliva hella.

Cons

Do not wear these. Just buy wax. I have damon brackets, braces, and it does not fit over the hooks. Material is not comfortable whatsoever.
