Pros

You can wait an hour & ice again and this thing is still perfect w/o having to refreeze in between. Keep in the freezer at all times for rotations.

It really helps with my ruptured disc. This is large and flexible enough to get those tough aches in your back, shoulder, and neck.

When originally ordered these yr or so back, they were extremely thick. They work very well to mold around areas like shoulders, legs. It lasts so long too unlike the small ones.

This is perfect. Very pleased. The company has great customer service.

Cons

Gel packs are defective! The seller needs to return all of them they purchased. Had to order a replacement by another manufacture.
