Pros

This is the only semi-relief i can find. Suffered from migraine my whole life. I suffer from regular migraines and this helps tremendously.

Cons

It pops off my head because it's just too snug. When i remove it from the freezer it's ice cold, but 20 minutes later it's barely cool to the touch. Don’t buy it.

I used this as instructed and its such a good product

Note it doesnt help get rid of the headachemigraine but the pressure really helps with the pain when you have a headache

Obviously it wont make your migrain dissapear but it helps alot with the pain as it is tight and blocks all light

Love how to comes with a bag to keep it in when in the frezzer
