Pros

Company is very responsive and the customer service feels very personal. Customer seems satisfied with it, for it does the job. Also, there was a card in the package telling you how to extend the warranty from 1 to 3 years simply by emailing comfier.

I replaced the rechargeable batteries with single-use energizer lithium batteries & recalibrating the older model for him. Comes with a usb cable so you don't have to use batteries, but can if you want.



Cons

The unit has really no * a person can feel. Trying to determine what area the * are in isn't really doable by a blind person. The arm band is supposed to hold together with velcro when tightening for blood pressure.

Both systolic and diastolic readings are below 100. It's not very accurate at all. No matter how the cuff is fitted, it still measures at least 20-30 points above my dr office.

    There is only one thing i did not like about it it does have an electric cord but it is a cellular type and it does not come with the blocking that connects it to the power source
