Pros
These are the best clean/gf bars out there. They're better tasting than almost any other protein bar. Does not taste like a typical protein bar, not chalky, or fibery, no aftertaste.
The best flavor for the calorie and carb/fat/protein ratio for the price. Has a soft rice crispy kind of crunch to it and amazing flavor. I prefer the choc sea salt, but my hubby prefers the peanut butter.
Cons
The texture, after the sweetness is gone is crunchy, from the bits of crunch stuff remaining. The packaging is deceptive. They fall apart and cannot be eaten like a bar.

Traditional protein bars have 5 or ten more grams of protein but are a pain to eat they gum up in your mouth and have terrible mouth feel
