There is great content, but it's buried under pages of fluff and excessive colloquialism. For a 300+ page book, it lacked substance and was very repetitive. This book is very overhyped.

It is so dry, tedious, repetitive, and boring. It is also too hyped the surprising new science. Hhgghjjkjhghjkkhggjkhhuhghjkhhkljhgjjhh by hub.

She uses colloquial language throughout the entire thing, which was like nails on a chalkboard to me.
