Using this high quality adapter does the job. Works as mentioned. Just what i need and if anything made sound clearer.
Cable combines headphones and microphone into one. Used for computer and console inputs to computer speakers. The input for mic and output for earphone quality is perfect.

If youre the unfortunate owner of a computer that has separate input jacks for mic and headphone instead of a headset jack this is the fix for you
