Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the padlocks

I contacted the sellers customer service and received a response by return unfortunately the troubleshooting suggestions did not work and i informed the seller who immediately replaced the faulty padlock and in the same colour

Works as intended paint isnt the most durable as mine is already chipping away after a few weeks of use so i wouldnt use it outside
