Pros
This company is phenomenal. This company actually backs and honors their warranty policy.
We were gifted a colzer wine fridge for our housewarming from my older parents. The handle screws are located behind the weather stripping around the door. Motor noise is acceptable for magnums and odd size bottles.
Fridge is louder than advertised, between 45-55 db. Displays is very bright, i wish there was a dimmer setting.
The colzer wine cooler is an excellent value for the money. Looks and provides as advertised. Fridge is neatly packaged and has a great sleek design.
Cons
I see others voice the same frustration. Needless to say i am disappointed.
The shelf arrangement is awful! It's difficult to open a shelf without the shelf above and/or below also pulling out.

The colzer customer service reachable by email was very helpful and after i sent a video showing that the unit didnt work they gave us the option of a replacement or a refund
