Pros

I love it and it performs excellent so far. The only thing i could think to watch out for is that the temperature settings are in celsius. Conveniently there is a conversion chart right next to the controls so it really seems like a non issue to me.

The lower adjustable temperature makes it perfect for drying frosted cookies without melting the butter in the cookie. The silicon mats are fairly easy to clean up.

Cons

It is glaringly apparent this company has no customer support. It's metal with a plastic cheap door that does not even seal, it pops off, no hinges. Didn't dehydrate 99% of the items.
