Pros & Cons
Pros
The blade is extremely sharp. The spine is thick and the steel sharpens easy and holds an edge. It is a nice blade with good action (although i would prefer a power assist) the handle is dangerously slick.
Used it to cut pu foam to size for my 3 dozen face shield project. I have thick arm hair and it * a patch off, no problem. I plan to have my dad make me a leather sheath for it and take off the clip.
I have bigger hands tho so it makes for a very good solid grip when in use. At almost 6 ounces and with a handle thickness of 5/8 inch, the ripsnort has a satisfying heft. Grip material is smooth, so you may have issues in wet or sweaty palms.
The flipper stud deploys the blade quickly & smoothly, solid lock up.
It is without a doubt the smoothest/slickest handle on an edc i have ever seen. Great for opening boxes and letters.

Crkt is a good company that seems to take pride in their products
Packaging/appearance
The knife shaved my arm hair out of the box

Competitiveness
Not a crkt fan but i love the look so i bought it
I do own another crkt type knifeits my new go to knife and company
Like a lot of crkt knife clips it will bend out of any kind of usefulness with the slightest provocation
