Colostrum has a smooth, creamy texture that is easy to get down. I add it to my cereal or in a smoothie in the mornings. It has a delicious creamy flavor and easily dissolves in my smoothies.
This stuff is fantastic. In bulk it allows me to control how i use it. My body thanks me everyday! Body boost is my favorite brand of colostrum.

This brand seemed to be pretty equivalent to the other brand ive been using but it was about 4x as much product for half the price so i thought it was worth trying wow

No it wont mix with a spoon or fork but using a frother in my coffee and its wonderful and adds a delicious flavor
