I had just put a new remanufactured cartridge from another seller and the magenta was not printing

This showed to be an xl in cartridge and i had purchased my last xl from wal mart and it barely printed 200 copies

I will admit i am a boof head and was trying to install the black cartridge into the color slot and spent about 20 minutes trying to figure it out before i decided to compare the old to the new and found the top ridges didnt match
