Pros
The sheet washes well - no pilling or excessive shrinkage. The stitching is strong and well done with strong elastic. Easy to tell which side is the top because of the thicker hem.
Soft enough for a new percale sheet, not as soft out of the package as sateen of course. The fit of this sheet is a bit snug so there is no extra saggy material.
It's serviceable, and i'm sure we'll use it and enjoy the comfort. It is well made and looks crisp and nice.

Packaging/appearance
I recommend this sheet if you are looking for a crisp and cooling hotel quality sheet
I machine washed and dried it and it came out of the dryer feeling softer and wrinklefree and still feeling crisp
This sheet comes out of the package feeling crisp just like a hotel sheet
This sheet needs to be washed when you take it out of the package and before use
Competitiveness
It is a highquality sheet with even stitching and it fits my queensized bed perfectly
Overall though while expensive and not super soft this is a wellmade durable fitted sheet made from quality fabric

This is a nice enough sheet all cotton in a percale weave and fairly nice bright white but it strikes me as being thin and lightweight

Ive indicated the mattress dimensions since i bought a kingsized flat sheet from a different manufacturer and the sheet was too small even though the mattress is not a kingsized mattress

As you can see in the photo the folded kingsize sheet as shipped is smaller than an american football and thats with a chunk of cardboard its folded around still in the package i couldnt imagine being able to fold a kingsize sheet to that size unless it was very thin fabric
